Job summary

The Sales Analyst Intern at Workiva, Inc. supports Sales, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Marketing and Customer Success. This remote-friendly internship involves analytics, reporting, data cleaning and dashboards to drive sales performance.

You'll build reports in Salesforce, BI tools and Excel, promote process improvements, validate data integrity, and collaborate across Sales Operations with other teams. Active enrollment in a Business program is required.

Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled in a degree-seeking program in Business or related field.
• Technically savvy with Excel, Word, Google Docs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills from leadership positions.
• Professional, outgoing, energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
• Experience using Excel, Word, and Google Docs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform Sales Analytics and Reporting tasks to support sales performance management.
• Build reports and dashboards in Salesforce, BI Tools, Excel.
• Promote process improvement for new and existing processes.
• Validate and research sales-related activities for data integrity.
• Build working relationships across the organization to integrate Sales Operations with other teams.
• Support sales team in data collection and interpretation to drive increased sales production.
