Responsibilities

• Perform Sales Analytics and Reporting tasks to support sales performance.
• Execute all phases of the subscription renewal lifecycle, including notifying customers of renewal, creating quotes, and closing renewal opportunities.
• Engage with renewal overlays regarding revenue retention efforts.
• Promote process improvement for new and existing processes.
• Validate and research sales activities to ensure data integrity.
• Build working relationships across the organization to better integrate Sales Operations.
• Support the sales team in data collection and interpretation to drive increased sales production.
