Job summary

Telia Company is seeking a Sales Agent to drive fiber upgrade initiatives and grow sales across FWA, Fixed, Mobile, and MBB services. You will handle inquiries, relocations, and leads to ensure a smooth customer journey, collaborating with colleagues to reach targets and support Telia's growth.

The role requires Norwegian language skills (written and spoken) and sales or customer-facing experience; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• You're customer-focused, proactive, and motivated by results.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related customer-facing role.
• Fluency in Norwegian is required; English proficiency is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive fiber upgrade activities within the SDU customer segment.
• Generate new sales opportunities across FWA, Fixed, Mobile, and MBB.
• Manage inquiries, relocations, and sales leads for a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to hit sales targets and grow the business.
