Telia in Norway seeks a Sales Agent to support fiber upgrades and grow sales across FWA, Fixed and Mobile services. You will drive fiber upgrade activities within the SDU segment, generate new opportunities, and manage inquiries and leads to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer-facing experience in a dynamic environment.
• Capability to grow with a fast-paced telecom sales team.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive fiber upgrade activities within the SDU segment.
• Generate new sales opportunities across FWA, Fixed, Mobile, and MBB.
• Handle inquiries, relocations and leads for a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to hit sales targets and grow the business.
