Responsibilities :

  1. Prospect - Make calls to potential clients!
  2. This role involves making many dials to build your business. With our system, CRM, and access to quality leads, the potential is limitless. We aim to help new agents conduct 10 appointments weekly with clients!
  3. Develop and maintain relationships - Keep close communication with prospects to close sales, promote customer retention, and assist clients in identifying their life and health insurance needs.
  4. Meet and exceed targets - As your own boss, you must set personal activity and results goals and stay disciplined to achieve success.
  5. Track progress and results - Record interactions and monitor your activity and goal attainment to maximize profitability and success. This data helps you receive coaching to grow and better serve clients.
  6. Potential to GROW - Access extensive resources and training to develop as an insurance consultant.
  7. Build your own team and eventually become an Agency Owner.

Requirements :

  1. Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in sales, coaching, or teaching. Excellent relationship management skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed goals. Strong communication, selling, and negotiating skills. Drive to understand and meet customer needs. Familiarity with CRM systems. Coachability.
