WORK FORMAT
This is a 100% remote position. If you live within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or San Antonio, TX, you will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week in-office (Tues, Wed, Thurs).
SCHEDULE
Training Program:
Training Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30-6:00 pm Eastern
REMOTE Post-Training Hours: Mon-Fri 11:30am-8pm local time, every other Sunday 9:30-6pm Eastern.
HYBRID Post-Training Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30-6pm local time, every other Sunday 9:30-6pm Eastern. (in-office Tue, Wed, Thurs).
You will receive Wednesday off for the weeks you work on Sunday.
COMPENSATION
The hourly rate for this position is $23.
We are a metric driven, pay-for-performance, award-winning sales organization. There is potential to earn lucrative rewards, including monthly, quarterly, and annual pay-outs along with sales incentives and contests. Average monthly earnings are $500+, with top monthly earners exceeding $2000.
There is an opportunity to earn up to a 10% shift differential for the schedule, post-training.
An additional differential is available for bilingual (Spanish-English), post-certification.

Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
$42,800 - $64,200
