Job summary

Digital Realty seeks an Engineering Lead for SailPoint IAM to own the enterprise IGA program, defining how access governance operates across a globally regulated environment. You will shape the SailPoint ISC architecture, audit readiness, and non-human identity governance, partnering with Security, Infrastructure, Compliance and Business teams.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years IAM experience with 4+ years SailPoint IdentityNow.
• Proven end-to-end JML lifecycle design in large enterprises.
• Experience owning enterprise IGA architecture and multi-year roadmaps.
• Strong in SOX UARs, audit readiness, and compliance engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year IGA roadmap and strategy.
• Define SailPoint ISC architecture across JML lifecycle, certs, roles, and connectors.
• Design integrations with Oracle HCM, AD, Entra ID, ServiceNow, BeyondTrust, and Sentinel.
• Build SailPoint ISC capabilities: workflows, lifecycle rules, access requests, and cert campaigns.
• Establish configuration-as-code practices with GitHub, CI/CD, source control, and automated testing.
• Lead offshore delivery teams and ensure quality gates.
• Govern SI partners and ensure deliverables meet architecture, security, and standards.
• Own SOX UAR campaigns and audit evidence collection.
• Ensure governance aligns with NIS2 and DORA.
• Define governance for non-human identities (service accounts, APIs, machine identities).
