Hitachi Digital Services in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced IAM leader to drive SailPoint IIQ/ISC implementations across large enterprise environments. You will design identity lifecycle workflows, provisioning, access certifications, RBAC, and governance policies, and integrate with AD, Entra ID, ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, and cloud platforms.

Formación

• 10+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience with hands-on SailPoint implementation
• Strong knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud and governance concepts
• Experience integrating SailPoint with AD, Entra ID, ServiceNow, Workday, SAP and cloud platforms
• Hands-on experience with Java, BeanShell, REST APIs and enterprise directory services
• Certifications in SailPoint, IAM, Microsoft Identity, or cybersecurity are a plus

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and implementation of SailPoint IIQ/ISC across enterprise environments
• Develop identity lifecycle management processes, provisioning workflows, and access certification campaigns
• Implement RBAC, SoD, and governance policies and integrate SailPoint with key enterprise systems
• Troubleshoot, optimize SailPoint configurations and support audits and compliance initiatives
