Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to translate business requirements into software solutions, working closely with developers, project managers, and customers. The role emphasizes delivering high customer satisfaction and adoption of Sage Intacct-based solutions.

You'll collaborate across Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success, driving requirements, training, and ongoing improvements while leveraging your analytics and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions.
• Consulting or business analyst experience communicating with customers or end users and technical development staff on system issues, modifications, and new software deployment desired.
• Ability to deploy advanced business analytics skills solving complex problems and interpreting customer requirements into deliverable solutions.
• Demonstrated skills in time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple customers to design and support software solutions for high customer satisfaction.
• Gathering requirements with client stakeholders and translate into system specifications.
• Maintaining knowledge of Sage Intacct and related modules and features.
• Defining roll-outs of customized solutions integrating with Sage Intacct software.
• Developing and communicating project plans to ensure on-time delivery and budget.
