Job summary

NextPath Workforce Solutions is seeking a Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant for a remote contract role. Compensation is $90-100/hr, with no visa sponsorship.

The ideal candidate will lead multiple end-to-end Sage Intacct deployments, partner with VARs, and ensure accurate data integration and go-live success. Responsibilities include planning, overseeing scope and timelines, validating configurations, coordinating ERP data flows, and delivering post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• Lead 2+ end-to-end Sage Intacct implementations.
• Experience with implementation partners (e.g., Baker Tilly or similar VARs).
• API integration between financial and operational platforms.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Clear client-facing communication translating technical details.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client-side Sage Intacct expert from planning to go-live.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and risks.
• Review Sage Intacct configuration, workflows, and customizations.
• Coordinate data flows between Sage Intacct and ERP systems.
• Support go-live, troubleshoot issues, and refine workflows/reports.
• Provide knowledge transfer and post-go-live stabilization.
