Job summary

The role collaborates with safety management, project teams, subcontractors, and employees to ensure compliant, audit-ready records in a primarily office-based setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of administrative, safety, or operations support experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and document-control skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, management, subcontractors, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize safety records, forms, policies, procedures, and project-specific documentation.
• Track employee safety orientations, certifications, licenses, and required training.
• Maintain electronic and hard-copy safety files in an audit-ready condition.
• Assist with preparation and distribution of safety bulletins, alerts, toolbox talks, and other safety communications.
• Support implementation and administration of safety policies across solar operations.
• Maintain records for subcontractor safety documentation and required compliance information.
