Job summary

The Judge Group delivers strategic services and products through a Service Delivery Manager who leads programs and managed services across onshore, offshore, and remote teams using SAFe. You will coach delivery teams, drive Agile ceremonies, manage risks, and foster continuous improvement to ensure high-quality outcomes for key clients.

You will lead delivery-led sales opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional practitioners, and promote CI/CD practices while building trusted advisor

Qualifications

• Experience managing distributed teams across onshore, offshore and remote settings.
• Strong SAFe understanding and practical application in complex programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and synchronize onshore, offshore, and remote delivery teams.
• Coach teams in Agile principles and SAFe ceremonies.
• Identify opportunities for growth through Delivery Led Sales.
• Champion CI/CD practices to improve code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies for on-time delivery.
• Lead quarterly business review events with performance metrics.
