Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production issues across databases, applications and infrastructure in a live SaaS environment.
• Write and run SQL queries to diagnose system behavior and data inconsistencies.
• Monitor production environments and identify performance bottlenecks to prevent issues.
• Communicate findings to technical client stakeholders and coordinate troubleshooting with engineers.
• Escalate complex cases and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues.
