Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist (SaaS | SQL) to troubleshoot complex issues across databases, applications, and infrastructure in a live SaaS environment. This remote role supports enterprise clients where reliability, performance, and data accuracy are essential.

You will use SQL to diagnose production issues, work with engineering teams to resolve root causes, and maintain high-performing services while gaining exposure to Microsoft technologies such as Azure,

Qualifications

At least 3 years of technical support experience in SaaS or software environments.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot production issues across databases, applications, and infrastructure in a live SaaS environment.
Use SQL to diagnose data inconsistencies, incidents, and root-causes.
Maintain system performance by detecting bottlenecks and proactively mitigating issues.
Communicate with enterprise clients to understand issues and explain findings.
Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
Monitor production environments and support stability of critical systems.
Improve internal documentation and troubleshooting workflows.
Support across a broad tech stack including Azure, SQL Server, .NET, Angular, and integrations.
Investigate integrations like SSO, payments, and Power BI.
