Job summary

DaySmart Software is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales and account management teams for DaySmart Pet and Time To Pet, translating strategy into measurable actions and driving execution across both product lines. This role owns team revenue targets, coaches representatives to quota attainment, and surfaces blockers and opportunities to senior leadership.

Qualifications

3+ years of sales management experience in SaaS or subscription-based businesses.
Proven ability to meet or exceed team revenue targets.
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Intercom) and sales enablement tools.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Experience managing a pet care business is preferred.
Coaching-first leadership style.
Strong problem-solving and accountability.
Able to operate in rapidly changing, scaling environments.
High emotional intelligence and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a sales team across two product lines to achieve quota.
Maintain coaching rhythms (1:1s, deal reviews, pipeline inspections) to boost productivity.
Identify gaps and deploy action plans to improve performance.
Forecast and report performance to senior leadership weekly/monthly.
