• Proven ability to close business over the phone or virtually
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized accounts via proactive outbound calls.
• Generate quotes, close renewals, and process orders to retain revenue.
• Present renewal opportunities virtually or by phone with existing clients.
• Navigate renewal requirements and regulations.
• Document activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate records.
• Address client objections and communicate Pitney Bowes’ value.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
