Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a Renewal Account Executive to drive client retention for SendTech Shipping and Mailing Solutions. This remote inside sales role targets candidates in EST and CST, pays $21.88/hr with OTE around $75k, and focuses on renewing and expanding existing accounts.

You will generate quotes, manage renewals, document activities in Salesforce, and communicate the value of Pitney Bowes solutions to keep ARR growing.

Qualifications

• Direct experience interacting with clients in sales.
• Comfortably initiating 40-60 outbound sales calls at a mid‑level volume.
• Knowledge of Shipping or Mailing domain, incl. carrier solutions.
• Strong experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally in eCommerce, warehouse shipping, mailing solutions, or office shipping.
• Proficient with Salesforce CRM tools.
• Demonstrated success in client retention.
• Proven ability to close business over the phone or in virtual environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of small to mid-sized accounts with 40–60 daily outbound calls.
• Generate quotes, close activities, and process orders to retain core revenue.
• Present and close renewal opportunities virtually or by phone with existing clients.
• Navigate the requirements and regulations associated with renewal agreements.
• Plan and document sales activities, maintain accurate customer records, execute campaigns, build pipeline, and manage forecasting using Salesforce.
• Address and overcome client objections by effectively communicating program benefits and Pitney Bowes’ value proposition.
