Job summary

GP Strategies Government Solutions is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Technical Consultant to lead SAP SF module implementations for federal clients from a remote location. This part-time, six-month assignment offers flexible hours and a chance to contribute to mission-critical government projects.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, deployment, and collaboration with client teams and senior management to deliver quality solutions on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years SAP SuccessFactors HCM ABAP development and CPI experience.
• Knowledge of the SAP ABAP programming language.
• Experience with ECC BIB (Infoporter) ECC Replications, and ECP P2P Replications.
• Experience with SuccessFactors CPI and API integrations (Integrations Center).
• Experience with object-oriented programming, ABAP Objects and ABAP Workbench.
• Participating in the full software development life cycle from concept to testing, deployment and maintenance.
• Willing to remain current with SAP/SuccessFactors HCM technologies.
• US Citizen required, willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects implementing SAP modules under the Effective People project management team.
• Gather business/technical requirements and create requirements workbooks with client teams.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Maintain project documentation and deliver progress reports.
• Direct and control activities to align with client expectations within your workstream.
• Identify and communicate project risks and deliver to scope.
