Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking an experienced SaaS Administrator to join our team on a 12‑month contract to hire. This fully remote role requires CST hours and focuses on governance, security reviews, and admin across Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot platforms in an enterprise environment.

You will be the Level 2 escalation owner for incidents, manage IAM-related provisioning, audit logs, and runbooks, and collaborate with IAM, Legal, Privacy, and ITSM. Strong scripting and policy-writing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Five+ years administering enterprise SaaS platforms in a regulated or large-enterprise environment, including at least two years as a named Level 2 escalation owner.
• Hands-on administration experience in a Microsoft 365 tenant, including admin center, licensing, and governance.
• Experience with SSO and SCIM provisioning to triage access failures and partner with IAM.
• Demonstrated ability to apply least-privilege principles and operate under change control.

Responsibilities

• Governance, compliance, and audit across multiple AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot).
• Level 2 escalation owner for incidents and service requests; triage and coordinate with IAM and Security.
• Configure and maintain access controls, data retention, and governance policies across platforms.
