Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a seasoned leader to own and optimize application support and RUN services across a multi-application tower. You will drive availability, performance, and service quality while aligning with business priorities and stakeholder needs.

You will lead AMS vendors, implement ITIL-based processes, and champion SRE and automation to reduce incidents and improve delivery. This role supports enterprise-scale operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Seven (7+) years of IT experience including application support, service delivery, and operations.
Experience leading application support teams and working with managed service providers in a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for application support and RUN services within an assigned application tower.
Ensure availability, reliability, performance, and operational sustainability of supported applications.
Manage SLAs, operational metrics, and KPIs to drive service outcomes.
Coordinate incident resolution, service restoration, root cause analysis, and problem management across tower applications.
Monitor application performance and proactively address service risks and issues.
Drive continuous improvement for stability, quality, efficiency, and user experience.
