Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking an experienced leader to oversee Application Tower Service Delivery across enterprise applications. You will ensure availability, performance, and reliability while guiding incident resolution, escalation, and continuous improvement.

This role partners with AMS providers, vendors, and internal teams to optimize service delivery and support production deployments. Remote option is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; ITIL, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, SRE, Cloud certs preferred.
• 7+ years in IT with application support, service delivery or operations.
• Experience leading AMS and working with managed service providers.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day leadership and oversight for application support and RUN services within an assigned application tower.
• Ensures availability, reliability, performance, and operational sustainability of supported applications.
• Manages service levels, KPIs, and escalation for incidents.
• Drives continuous improvement for stability, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and vendors to improve service delivery.
