NikoHealth, a rapidly growing SaaS company, seeks a Data Migration Analyst to lead data migrations from legacy DME/HME systems into our platform. You will map, cleanse, and transform patient, inventory, claims, and order data while collaborating with implementation teams to maintain data integrity.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in data migration/analysis within tech, strong SQL/Excel skills, and familiarity with APIs/JSON and relational databases.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data migration, data analysis, or implementation at a SaaS or technology company.
• Strong proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Excel, or other ETL platforms.
• Experience mapping and transforming data between complex systems.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Map, extract, cleanse, and transform data (patients, inventory, claims, orders, payers).
• Lead and manage full-cycle data migrations from legacy DME/HME systems to NikoHealth.
• Collaborate with implementation consultants and product teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies during migration.
• Provide customer support and guidance during the transition process.
• Assist with process documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
