Dakota Software is seeking a Client Success Manager to guide new and existing clients through implementation of our SaaS platform. You will act as the primary contact, helping clients adopt the software and realize business value, with remote work available.

This role emphasizes project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and proactive adoption, with focus on renewals and expansions while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in customer facing roles such as customer success or account management.
• SaaS sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of accountability for client projects.
• Project manage onboarding to successful outcomes.
• Engage with client stakeholders to understand goals.
• Collaborate to determine solutions and project approach.
• Create SOWs and project plans with milestones.
• Monitor work requests and schedule deployments.
• Resolve issues and clarify requirements.
• Manage project communications to stakeholders.

• Maintain client relationships and measure satisfaction.
• Mine up-sell opportunities and renewals.
• Forecast sales projections and value of deals.
