SOCi seeks a Billing Specialist to manage day-to-day billing in a fast-paced SaaS environment, delivering accurate invoices, timely communication, and smooth handling of cancellations and credits.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in billing operations, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative approach across Accounting, Customer Success, AR, and Sales. Remote-friendly with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Billing, Accounting, or related financial operations.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to process high volumes accurately.
• Experience with SaaS contracts, recurring revenue, and billing models.
• Proficient with Excel, PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process invoices for new, recurring, and adjusted contracts.
• Upload invoices to portals and ensure correct pricing and terms.
• Process billing adjustments, credits, and cancellations with proper docs.
• Maintain accurate billing records for audits and month-end closes.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, AR, and Revenue teams.
