Job summary

SwiftConnect is seeking a Billing & Revenue Specialist to own end-to-end billing and revenue recognition for a core SaaS business. You will collaborate with a staff accountant and contribute to NetSuite implementation and multi-currency reconciliation.

You will manage invoices, ensure contract compliance, support collections, and provide documentation for audits in a lean, fast-paced team focused on growth and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years in billing, revenue assurance, AR, or related finance function.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation).
• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP/invoicing systems; Salesforce experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices per contracts and billing schedules.
• Verify billing data accuracy and ensure compliance with pricing and deliverables.
• Perform revenue reconciliations including month-end and deferred revenue schedules.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between billing, revenue reports, and accounts.
• Maintain billing schedules, trackers, and related documentation.
• Assist collections and support sales with invoice copies and clarifications.
