Job summary

SwiftConnect is seeking a Billing and Revenue Analyst to own end-to-end billing and revenue recognition for a core SaaS line. You will work closely with a staff accountant, gain visibility into the full revenue cycle, and participate in a NetSuite implementation underway.

This hands-on role offers growth toward revenue manager or collections lead, exposure to multiple currencies, and direct impact on customer billing accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of billing, revenue assurance, or accounts receivable experience.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with NetSuite and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices per contract terms and billing schedules.
• Verify data accuracy to ensure pricing and deliverables align with contracts.
• Perform revenue reconciliations and manage deferred revenue schedules.
• Investigate discrepancies and maintain billing schedules and records.
• Coordinate with sales and other departments to resolve inquiries and support audits.
