Job summary

DeWinter Group is seeking a Billing Manager for a fully remote interim role to lead end-to-end billing operations for a SaaS and consumption-based product portfolio, shaping revenue and AR outcomes during a growth phase.

You will manage the AR cycle, oversee NetSuite, Salesforce, and Zuora/Stripe Billing, and collaborate with Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, and Legal to ensure accurate contract billing and timely collections.

Qualifications

8+ years of billing, AR, or revenue accounting experience in SaaS or tech.
Strong leadership and remote-work capabilities.
Deep knowledge of SaaS and usage-based billing models.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end billing operations for a SaaS and consumption-based product portfolio.
Manage full accounts receivable cycle, from invoice generation to collections.
Serve as the primary contact for billing inquiries and resolve disputes efficiently.
Oversee billing system administration (NetSuite, Salesforce, Tesorio) and implement process improvements.
Collaborate with Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, and Legal to review order forms and ensure billing accuracy at contract execution.
Monitor and report on AR aging, cash flow, and escalate issues as needed.
Identify billing anomalies, system or process gaps, and develop temporary solutions.
