Job summary

SwiftConnect, a leader in connected access, seeks a Billing and Revenue Analyst responsible for end-to-end invoicing, revenue recognition, and reporting for a SaaS business unit. You will collaborate with sales, operations, and a NetSuite implementation team as we automate deferred revenue tracking.

Reporting to the Revenue Manager, this hands-on role offers exposure to month-end closes, multiple currencies, and growth into revenue management or collections leadership while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in billing, revenue assurance, AR, or related finance function.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation).
• Experience with ERP or invoicing systems such as NetSuite, or equivalent; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices per contracts and billing schedules.
• Verify accuracy of billing data and reflect contractual obligations before invoicing.
• Perform revenue reconciliations including month-end and deferred revenue schedules.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between billing, revenue reports, and accounting records.
• Maintain billing schedules, trackers, and related documentation.
• Perform collections tasks and support the sales team with invoices and clarifications.
