Job summary

RevSpring is seeking a Billing Specialist to support revenue management and client invoicing. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing of billing transactions, and direct client interaction to address invoice questions and adjustments.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in accounting/finance, strong Excel skills, and experience with NetSuite. Travel may be required up to 10%. The position reports to the Finance team and offers a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with NetSuite is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process timely all billing transactions (weekly and monthly).
• Post transactions to the general ledger and deliver client invoices.
• Review monthly revenues for billing accuracy and trends.
• Meet month-end closing deadlines.
• Maintain organized client billing files.
• Review new client billing against contracts for charges.
• Complete new client setup in NetSuite, LASS and Maestro/Prelude.
• Fulfill JIRA billing ticket requests for new client setup and credits.
• Respond to client invoice questions and updates promptly.
