Job summary

ComplyAuto is seeking a Billing & Revenue Operations Specialist to manage daily billing and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate invoices and correct payment application. You will align customer and contract data between HubSpot and NetSuite, collaborating with Finance, Customer Success, and Sales to resolve issues and improve processes as our SaaS business grows.

The role requires hands-on NetSuite experience, strong analytical skills, and a customer-focused approach to investigate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or general accounting.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing and customer accounts, resolving discrepancies before invoicing.
• Generate accurate invoices reflecting current contract terms and subscription changes.
• Set up and maintain consolidated billing for dealership groups with multiple locations.
• Apply payments across customer accounts and monitor aging to identify risks.
• Maintain alignment between HubSpot and NetSuite for customer & contract records.
• Support month-end close with reconciliations and schedules.
• Identify recurring issues and implement practical process improvements.
