Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to optimize SaaS revenue processes, maintain data integrity, and design compliant workflows. This remote contractor role focuses on CRM excellence, cross-functional alignment, and scalable improvements across revenue systems.

You will own CRM data models, resolve policy conflicts, and contribute to trusted reporting while collaborating with sales, customer success, and finance to drive revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on SaaS Revenue, Sales, Customer Success, or Implementation Operations experience.
• Strong CRM ownership and configuration with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Experience with revenue tools such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or project-management systems.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in compliance-focused or regulated environments is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of data integrity, reporting, and process design.
