Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead a SaaS team, shaping design, development and deployment of cloud-based software for energy utilities. This remote role requires periodic in-person meetings in listed US metros, with a focus on scalable SaaS architecture and product craftsmanship.

You will mentor teams, drive code quality, and collaborate across design, PM, and program teams while aligning to sustainability and energy efficiency goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on PHP framework experience, e.g., Laravel.
• 6+ years building software with Vue or similar JS frameworks.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating with services.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of a scalable SaaS product using Laravel, Vue.js and Tailwind.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver SaaS products meeting business needs.
• Mentor engineers and promote code quality through reviews and best practices.
