Job summary

NTP Stag, a Keystone Automotive division, seeks an Inside Sales Representative for RV Specialty in Elkhart, IN. You will provide a world-class sales experience to current and potential customers, using your outstanding customer service skills and RV product knowledge.

Responsibilities include outbound calls to promote products, maintaining CRM accuracy, analyzing customer data for growth, and handling quotes and orders. Travel up to 10% for visits/tradeshows; hybrid work options may be available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years call center experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for customer visits or trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Outbound phone sales to established customer base promoting products and services.
• Daily CRM maintenance to keep customer/account information accurate and current.
• Analyze individual customer base to identify growth/decline opportunities.
• Continuously improve product knowledge through training and self-learning.
• Provide front-line support including technical assistance and order entry.
• Build long-lasting relationships with customers and maintain phone metrics.
