Job summary

Camping World is seeking an experienced Service Technician for a fully remote, full-time role. You will diagnose and troubleshoot RV systems from a home office, guiding members with clear instructions and coordinating with repair facilities when required.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of RV service experience, strong knowledge of RVIA plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and LP systems, and proficiency with CRM and VoIP tools to support customers remotely.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on RV Service Technician experience.
• Deep knowledge of RVIA standards in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and LP systems.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time troubleshooting for RV accessories and mechanical issues via remote support.
• Distribute diagrams, manuals, and step-by-step instructions to guide members through repairs.
• Coordinate with authorized RV repair facilities or Roadside Assistance when needed.
• Maintain detailed case records and follow up to ensure complete issue resolution.
• Assist dealership technicians with complex system questions to improve repair efficiency.
