Job summary

Camping World is seeking an experienced RV Service Technician to join our team in a fully remote, work-from-home capacity. You will provide remote diagnostics and high-level technical support for RV coach systems to Good Sam Elite Members and Roadside Assistance customers.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of RV service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CRM and remote tools. RVIA/RVTI certification is preferred; Camping World may fund certification for qualified

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years RV service technician experience.
• Deep knowledge of RVIA plumbing, HVAC, electrical and LP systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; RVIA/RVTI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time troubleshooting for Elite members via calls and digital inquiries.
• Distribute diagrams, manuals and step-by-step instructions by text or email.
• Identify when repairs cannot be completed remotely and coordinate with repair facilities.
• Maintain detailed records of consultations and follow up on issues.
• Assist internal dealership techs with complex questions to improve efficiency.
• Suggest improvements to support resources from recurring issues.
