Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) with strong diagnostic and repair skills for RV systems, generators, and coach body work. Candidate should be passionate about fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance issues, with tools to perform the job.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and self-motivation, with Camping World offering to train/certify as needed. This is a hands-on technician position in a busy service environment.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful but experience counts.
• Minimum 1 year service technician experience preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor informed of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected.
