Job summary

AMN Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for our RPO team to support healthcare recruitment operations and account management. You will partner with recruiters, account managers, and client stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, requisition management, candidate tracking, billing support, and administrative coordination.

Location: Remote or Hybrid if within 50 miles of an office location (Dallas, TX and other U.S. cities).

Qualifications

Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1 year of customer service or administrative support experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support client reporting, metrics, and operational requirements with Account Managers.
Create, update, hold, and cancel requisitions in the CRM system.
Reconcile ATS data and maintain accuracy across systems.
Prepare client-facing and internal reports and executive presentations.
Track operational and revenue metrics using CRM and Power BI.
Reconcile billing files and assist in ensuring invoice accuracy.
Coordinate credentialing requests and support recruiters throughout the lifecycle.
