Mountain Ltd. is seeking a ROW Agent to work remotely as a Permit/ROW Engineer.

The role involves engineering routine and specific COE/OSP work orders and providing administrative and field support for the network plant provisioning process. Applicants must read and interpret engineering drawings and legal descriptions, search titles, perform basic appraisals, and negotiate ROW documents to obtain rights‑of‑way and permits on private or government property.

Formación

• Minimum two years’ experience in COE/OSP engineering.
• Ability to read/interprete engineering drawings and legal descriptions; search titles; perform basic appraisals; negotiate ROW documents.
• Minimum three years’ experience in ROW specialty field.

Mountain Ltd. is seeking a ROW Agent to work remotely! This will be working as a Permit/ROW Engineer.

Job Overview:

This individual must be capable of engineering routine and specific COE/OSP work orders and of providing administrative and field support to the network plant provisioning process by performance of field work, preparation of work order drawings and documentation, updating work order records in an accurate and timely manner, analysis of reports, providing work order estimated expenditures and/or placements, and data entry to mechanized support systems. Must have a functional knowledge of COE/OSP principles, work order procedures, voice/data industry standards, PC applications, and COE/OSP record and or computer aided drafting systems. Requires a minimum of two years’ experience in COE/OSP engineering.

Right of way agent must be capable of reading/interpreting engineering drawings and legal descriptions and qualified to search titles, perform basic appraisals, and negotiate right-of-way documents within predetermined constraints for obtaining rights-of-way, easements, and permits necessary for placement of voice/data plant on private/government owned property. Requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the specialty field.
