Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7+ years of Wind Operations, Power Generation, or large‑scale remote operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership, mentorship, and career development for ROC Engineers.
• Set and monitor KPIs for ROC team and drive data‑driven improvements.
• Bridge Digital, Engineering, and Field Operations to align technology and practice.
• Sponsor ROC safety and compliance and lead incident reviews.
• Coordinate with Site Managers and Regional Leaders on fleet performance.
