Job summary

• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership, mentorship, and career development for ROC Engineers.
• Drive ROC standard work, optimize remote monitoring tools, and increase fleet availability.
• Manage budgets, staffing requirements, and shift scheduling to ensure 24/7 global coverage.
• Bridge Digital, Engineering, and Field Operations to align diagnostics and fleet improvements.
