Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of project/program management; end-to-end accountability for 1–3 projects.
• Experience deploying robotics/automation in warehouses, manufacturing, or healthcare.
• Strong understanding of robotic systems, hardware/software integration, and deployment methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite testing and preparation of robot fleet.
• Coordinate across engineering, solutions, operations, and customer sales to define scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling for timely deployments.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with external customers to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement with lessons learned and process changes.
