Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Robotics Clinical Specialist to drive the successful integration of the HUGO™ RAS-system into hospital programs. This remote role requires close collaboration with surgeons, staff, and hospital stakeholders to implement and optimize robotic-assisted surgery across accounts in the territory.

You will develop training plans for surgeons and staff, coordinate off-site training, and support adoption through hands-on cases, measurement, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of clinical, sales or related experience OR Advanced Degree with 0 years of related experience.
• Willingness to relocate to a major implementation site.
• Willingness to travel throughout the country (>75%).

Responsibilities

• Meet with robotic program stakeholders and develop program goals and metrics for HUGO™ RAS-system.
• Conduct regular program review meetings to stay on track.
• Develop a surgeon training plan and coordinate attendance at Medtronic off-site training.
• Develop a training plan to support staff through their learning curve.
• Support technology adoption by attending cases during learning sessions.
• Engage clinical stakeholders using change management techniques to gain buy-in.
• Coach hospital staff to achieve self-sufficiency in operational excellence.
