Job summary

Medtronic seeks a Robotics Clinical Specialist to integrate the HUGO RAS-system into hospitals, starting a new robotic program or upgrading from another platform. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years clinical, sales or related experience OR Advanced Degree with 0 years of related experience.
• Willingness to relocate to a major implementation site.
• Willingness to travel throughout the country (>75%).

Responsibilities

• Meet with robotic program stakeholders and develop program goals and metrics for HUGO RAS-system.
• Develop a surgeon training plan and coordinate attendance at off-site Medtronic training; arrange proctored cases.
• Develop a training plan to support staff and guide them through learning curves.
• Support technology adoption by attending cases during surgeons and staff learning sessions.
• Use change management techniques to engage clinical stakeholders and gain buy-in.
• Coach hospital staff to transfer skills and achieve operational excellence.
