Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of clinical, sales or related experience OR Advanced Degree with 0 years of related experience
• Experience in operating rooms and surgery procedures is preferred
• Strong project management and change-management abilities

Responsibilities

• Meet with robotic program stakeholders and develop program goals and metrics for HUGO RAS-system
• Conduct regular program reviews to stay on track
• Develop surgeon training plans and coordinate attendance at Medtronic training sessions
• Support staff training and learning curve progress for successful adoption
• Cooperate with Medtronic field service engineers and hospital staff to prepare OR for HUGO RAS-system
