Job summary

Medtronic seeks a Robotics Clinical Specialist to integrate the HUGO RAS system into hospitals across the territory. This remote role requires travel >75% and initial relocation to a major implementation site.

You will work with hospital stakeholders to drive a successful robotic program start-up and ongoing support. Ideal candidates have clinical or sales experience, willingness to relocate, and the ability to manage complex patient-focused robotic installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of clinical, sales or related experience OR Advanced Degree with 0 years of related experience.
• Ability to relocate to a major implementation site is required
• Willingness to travel throughout your country (>75%).

Responsibilities

• Meet with robotic program stakeholders and develop program goals and metrics for HUGO RAS system.
• Conduct regular program review meetings to stay on track.
• Develop a surgeon training plan and coordinate attendance at Medtronic off-site training.
