Job summary

Fairview Health Services remote Triage Team Supervisor RN leads the Triage Advisor Contact Center, overseeing RN triage staff, daily workflow, quality standards, productivity, and customer service excellence. This role combines clinical expertise with people leadership, data analysis, and process improvement to ensure effective patient access and triage services.

The position is 1.0 FTE with a DAY/EVENING schedule and an every-other-weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in a clinical setting or related work experience.
• 3+ years clinic or triage RN work experience.
• MN RN License and WI RN License within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily triage team operations and staff performance.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, quality metrics, and clinical protocol adherence.
• Train, coach, educate, and develop triage staff.
• Implement process improvements and operational changes.
• Review productivity reports and manage performance expectations.
• Collaborate with providers, physicians, and the director.
