Job summary

Call 4 Health seeks a Nurse Supervisor (Nurse Triage) to lead a fully remote team of RNs and LPNs in a multi-state nurse triage program. You will supervise day-to-day operations, staffing, quality, and compliance while guiding performance and development.

Qualifications include a BSN (preferred), 5+ years nursing experience, and 2+ years of leadership. Remote environment with HIPAA-compliant practices and collaboration with Nurse Manager and HR are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of five years of professional nursing experience, including telephone triage or ambulatory care.
• Minimum of two years of leadership, supervision, or management experience.
• Experience supervising a remote or multi-state clinical workforce.
• Experience with nurse triage protocols, EHR, and call-center tools.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise, coach, develop, and evaluate assigned RNs and LPNs.
• Conduct candidate interviews and staffing recommendations.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training for nursing staff.
• Manage scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring.
• Lead clinical triage oversight and escalation processes when needed.
• Collaborate with departments and clients to align on service delivery.
