Job summary

aah is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 100% remote, full-time role. You will conduct telephonic assessments, provide patient education, and develop care plans following established protocols. A WI RN license and 2+ years acute care (ED/Urgent Care) within the last four years are required.

Shifts include 8a–PM CST with 8- or 10-hour options; 4th weekend/holiday rotations. Benefits eligible and remote-friendly, with strict state-site restrictions observed.

Qualifications

• RN license issued by the state where practice occurs.
• 2+ years of acute care experience (ED/Urgent Care); ICU/Med-Surg considered.
• Must be able to participate in 4th weekend/holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs telephonically using nursing protocols and determine level of care.
• Provide education, care planning, and follow-up instructions; escalate as needed.
• Prioritize patient interactions by acuity; promote patient safety and outcomes.
• Participate in quality/process improvement and team education.
