Job summary

Call 4 Health seeks experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join its 24-hour medical call center as Remote Triage Nurses. You will perform telephone triage, EHR documentation, and clinical support across multiple states from a home office.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of RN experience, an active Compact license, and are comfortable with RPM programs and cross-state protocols. This role offers flexibility with consistent patient impact.

Qualifications

• RN with 2–4 years of full-time clinical experience (ER/urgent care, adult, pediatric, ambulatory, ICU)
• Active, unencumbered e-NCL/Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact license; willingness to obtain additional state licenses
• Remote triage nursing using telephone triage protocols and documentation in EHRs

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound/outbound calls for multi-state nurse triage service.
• Document patient interactions accurately in client EHR systems or Call 4 Health platform.
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or patient portal per protocol.
• Support providers with administrative/clinical tasks and referrals.
• Coordinate post-discharge and post-operative follow-up; monitor vital signs in RPM programs.
