Job summary

Call 4 Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our 24-hour medical call center as Remote Triage Nurses. You will provide clinical assessments and triage services across multiple states, collaborating with providers and ensuring accurate documentation in EHR systems.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license with e-NCL/Compact credentials, 2–4 years of relevant clinical experience, and familiarity with multiple EHR platforms.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (RN).
• 2–4 years of full-time RN clinical experience, preferably ER/Urgent Care/ICU.
• Prior telephone triage experience using electronic triage systems.
• Experience working with two or more EHR platforms.
• Active, unencumbered e-NCL / Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact license; willing to obtain additional state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound/outbound calls for multi-state nurse triage service.
• Apply established triage protocols to assess and triage patients.
• Document patient interactions in client EHR systems accurately.
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or patient portal.
• Assist with medication refills, critical result notifications, and post-discharge follow-up.
